Academics

Sacred Heart School is noted for its high academic standards.  Students leave SHS with a confidence that they have the basic knowledge that will allow them to continue with their education with skill and efficiency.  Academics at Sacred Heart School are top priority and students consistently progress to high levels.

The grading scale at Sacred Heart School is higher than that of the local public schools.  So, as students progress to the next level they are already in a higher level than their public school counterparts.  Students are expected to perform at a higher level at SHS and continue to do so when they leave the halls of SHS.

The curriculum includes Reading, Math, English, Social Studies, Science, Spelling, and Religion.  Physical Education, Art, and Music are also incorporated into the classroom work.  Extracurricular activities enhance the overall education that is received at Sacred Heart School.  Along with the moral and Christian attitudes that are included in the day-to-day activities students leave with “A Quality Education With Religion Values”.
